Privacy Policy + Cancellations

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the confidentiality of your personal information when using our online fitness coaching services. Any personal data collected, such as your name, contact details, health information, and fitness goals, will be used solely for the purpose of providing tailored coaching and improving your experience. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. Our coaching services are offered on a subscription basis, and you may cancel your plan at any time with a minimum of 30 days' notice. Please contact us directly to process your cancellation request. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or for cancellations made without the required 30-day notice.

Terms of Service

By enrolling in Sculpt With Aysh's online fitness coaching services, you acknowledge and agree that all coaching is provided solely by Coach Ayshia, the owner and operator of the business. As a single coach, I will personally create, tailor, and deliver all fitness programs, nutrition guidance, and support. My services are designed to provide personalized advice based on the information you provide, but the results depend on your adherence to the program and consistency in following the recommendations. I do not offer guarantees of specific results, and all client information will be kept confidential. By purchasing any service, you agree to commit to the coaching process and understand that refunds are based on what is required and accepted in the following texts.

Return and Refund Policy for Online Coaching Services

We aim to provide high-quality and customized online coaching services. We understand that circumstances may change, so we have created this policy to clarify our approach to refunds and cancellations for both monthly payment plans and full upfront payments.

1. Monthly Payment Plans

    •    Cancellation with 30 Days’ Notice or More: If you cancel with at least 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the next month. However, the current month’s payment is non-refundable.

    •    Cancellation with Less Than 30 Days’ Notice: If you cancel with less than 30 days' notice, you will be charged for the next month. The current and upcoming month's payments are non-refundable, but no further charges will occur.

    •    Missed Sessions: Missed sessions without at least 24 hours' notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

 

2. Full Upfront Payments

    •    Cancellation with 30 Days’ Notice or More: If you cancel with at least 30 days' notice before the start of the next scheduled month, you may receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining months of the coaching program, minus a 10% administrative fee.

    •    Cancellation with Less Than 30 Days’ Notice: If you cancel with less than 30 days' notice, a cancellation fee of 20% of the remaining balance will apply. The remaining amount, after deducting the cancellation fee, will be refunded.

    •    No Refund for Completed Months: Payments for completed months or partially used months are non-refundable.

 

3. Money-Back Guarantee Due to Breach of Contract

    •    If the coaching services do not meet the terms explicitly outlined in the contract, you may be entitled to a refund based on the severity of the breach. This applies if the services provided differ significantly from what was agreed upon or if any contractual guarantees are not met.

    •    Refund Claims Process: Submit a written request detailing the breach within 14 days of the incident. We will review your claim and respond within 5-7 business days.

 

4. Non-Refundable Situations

    •    Refunds are not provided for digital resources, completed services, or missed sessions canceled without at least 24 hours' notice.

    •    Refunds do not apply for periods where services were completed in full.

 

5. Service Suspension or Termination

    •    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without issuing a refund if there is a violation of the terms of service or contractual agreement.

 

6. Dispute Resolution

    •    If a dispute arises concerning a refund request, we encourage you to contact customer support. We will strive to resolve disputes amicably, with mediation offered if needed.

 

7. Refund Timeframe

    •    Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

Payment Method + Program Details

Payments will be accepted through VIA Stripe. Stripe accepts Apple Pay, card or Affirm for payments. You will receive a full description of payment terms as well as invoices to keep on record. All digital coaching products will be delivered via email, but I will communicate this with you. Processing time takes about 2-5 business days, but I would also communicate this with you. I always start clients on a Monday for a fresh start for the week.
