As your coach, it is important to me that you stick to your routine and protocols. Thus, why accountability from my end will help you with the full support you need to make true progress and to see the results.
Customized workout plan
Your workout program is fully customized to you and your goals. After initial check ins, I will create a weight training program that fits your needs best based off of your physique. This also includes a step + cardio protocol. You will be connected to my Coaching App
24/7 support
You have access to me and personal messaging for extra support whenever you need it
Supplement protocol
Vitamins and other supplements are essential and provide the needed support in overall health. Supplement protocol is included into your personal program
Weekly check in’s
Weekly check ins are very important to track progress. Weekly check ins will include my personal feedback and what needs to be worked on, etc.
